Happy Holy Easter!
As the first Christian country, Holy Easter is of great importance in the Armenian spiritual traditions. Easter, or the feast of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, is one of the five main holidays of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Since it is a moving holiday, it is celebrated on different days every year. The Armenian Apostolic Church celebrates Holy Easter on the first Sunday of the spring full moon. Easter is preceded by Lent, the last week of which, Holy Week, is considered the strictest.
